Not my favourite AB song, but this is one glossy video. Look at that money. It's a far cry from the last time I saw a video of hers. Soundtracking fashion shows will bring this kind of budget (and wardrobe, apparently).
Edit: Just saw her previous video for "Liquorice," by the same director. My point stands: AB's ballin' now.
Available as of two days ago is Fantasea, Azealia Banks' nautically themed mix-tape and
her longest official release to date. It contains several of her
previously released tracks including "Jumanji," "L8R," "Fuck Up the Fun"
and my favourite Azealia track "Us." Finally, a high quality version of
"Us"! Download Fantasea by clicking the link at the top of Azealia's Twitter page.
20-year-old Harlem rapper Azealia Banks' debut album Broke with Expensive Taste (Interscope) doesn't have a release date yet, but she's already been the hottest thing going for the last year; she has an EP coming out today called 1991 though (edit: due to managerial shifts as recent as three days ago, 1991 has been delayed yet again). Banks' Coachella set features covers of Prodigy's "Firestarter" and Amy Winehouse:
Harlem singer/rapper, brand new Interscope/Polydor signee and all-around next big thing Azealia Banks has dropped a new Diplo-produced track called "Fuck Up the Fun." No word on whether or not this song will appear on her highly anticipated debut album Broke with Expensive Taste which is slated for release in September.
